Plans are Rs 10 (24 hours), Rs 99 launch offer (30 days) and Rs 499 launch offer for agency client posts (30 days).
Once a payment is received and the post is published, it is not refundable. A paid post runs for its chosen duration. To post again or renew, a new payment is needed. There is no automatic renewal charge.
You can stop before paying at any time. After payment and publication, a plan cannot be cancelled for a refund.
If a payment fails, is charged twice, or money is debited but your post is not published, do not pay again. Email giggylens@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and the Razorpay payment ID. We check the Razorpay transaction record. A refund or reversal is decided on the verified charge. Where money was debited and nothing was delivered, we will review it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
This policy does not exclude any refund or remedy that the law requires.
