This policy explains what GiggyLens (giggylens.com) collects and how it is used.
Registration details you provide: worker name, mobile number and area; agency name, type, mobile number and area; viewer name, optional email or mobile number and area. Workers may optionally give payout details. When posting: photos, captions, category, area and tags. We also keep payment verification records, worker-share records and basic abuse-prevention records.
To register you, operate your posts, verify payments and prevent misuse. Published posts and their photos are public, so do not include private or sensitive information in a post. Expired posts leave the public feed and are kept in a private archive. Private backups keep service records.
We use Appwrite for hosting, data and sign-in, and Razorpay for payments. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by GiggyLens.
To ask about, correct or request deletion of your details, write to giggylens@gmail.com. Some payment and service records may need to be kept where required, so a deletion request may not always be fulfilled in full.
